We appreciate your interest in our Association. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Of course we pay attention to the applicable statutory provisions, in particular the [...] Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act of Germany (TMG). We have taken technical and organizational measures which ensure that the data protection regulations are observed both by us and by external service providers. 

Collection and Processing of http-Protocol Data 

When visiting our website and viewing or downloading of files, our web server collects protocol information about these processes (e.g. type of web browser, date and time). These are no personal data and visitors cannot be personally identified, because the IP address is not saved and is anonymized.  We evaluate these technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes to improve our website. This anonymous data is stored separately from personal information and no conclusions regarding individuals can be drawn. Your personal data and your privacy are thus protected at all times.

Usage of Personal Data

In General, it is not required that you provide personal for the use of our website. Personal data are, according to§ 3 Abs. 1 BDSG, individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or specifiable natural person. This concerns data such as name, postal address, email address or telephone number. 
Personal data are only collected by us and only to the extent as you provide it to us with your knowledge. In particular, a use of this personal data only occurs, if you have given us your express permission for this purpose. A further transfer of data to third parties does not take place. 
A statement of the purposes of the processing takes place in the appropriate places of our website and is subject to no subsequent amendments. A transfer of data to third parties is only done without your consent when we are required by law or a judicial decision to do so. You have a right of withdrawal with respect to a given consent to use of data at any time. 
You have the right to receive information at any time about the data stored about your person, including origin and recipients of your data, including the purpose of the data processing. Send your request in writing or by E-Mail to our address stated in the imprint.

Usage of Cookies

Cookies are data records that are sent from the web server to the web browser of the user and stored there for later retrieval. We use cookies only for the purpose of receiving information on the use of our web presence and for statistical purposes.The data records do not contain personal information. No consolidation with any personal data that you have made available takes place.
You can exercise your right of objection according to § 15 ABS. 3 TMG against this use of your data by setting your browser in such a way that you will be informed before a cookie is saved and stored only when you expressly accept this. Safety

We have taken technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All our staff and all third parties involved in the processing of the data are obliged to the Federal Data Protection Act and the confidential use of personal data. 
In the case of the collection and processing of personal data, the information are transmitted in an encrypted form to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our security measures are revised continuously according to the technological development.

If we provide links, we make every effort to make sure that they comply with our privacy and security standards. However, we have no influence on the compliance with the privacy and security provisions by other providers. Right of Objection and Right of Deletion
